Gyropilot Packages

Course maintained without yawing, reliability, multi-functionality...Efficient at any speed, this system is particularly useful before the wind and in rough sea.

In order to provide you with the best possible quality of sailing, nke's auto-pilots are fitted with a very high performance rate gyro that continuously measures the boat behavior with high accuracy. This rate gyro directly provides the information to the pilot calculator, which can thus instantaneously and adequately apply the required corrections to the helm.

The nke pilot includes :
- the Gyropilot graphic, which is the user interface. It allows to control the pilot and to adjust the settings,
- the Gyropilot 2 calculator, which is the brain of the pilot,
- the hydraulic cylinder, which provides the power to actuate the helm of the boat,
- the sensors, which provide the information on the behavior of the boat and outside parameters.

Depending on the level of equipment, your installation integrates :
- the rate gyro (in the calculator),
- the fluxgate compass (indispensable),
- the helm angle sensor (indispensable),
- the speedometer
- a wind sensor (optional for wind mode).
