The tubular track can also be mounted on the mast using special aluminum slugs. In this case the mast does not have to be drilled and tapped. The sections are supplied in lengths of 1,9 m and can be mounted with the mast in the boat. The track can also be supplied in 6 m section

Each batten end fitting should be attached to the HS Slider with a pivoting triaxial joint to ensure that the batten can freely orient itself. under all points of sail.  The screw end will attach to round and flat batten end fittings
At least one simpler slider should be attached to the sail with nylon webbing between each triaxial car.

It is attached to the sail with webbing and is secured to the slider (double or triple) with a clevis pin which allows the headboard to pivot and to be removed.  You must use an Antal headboard.  The gap in the headboard carriage is not wide enough to accept a normal sandwich style headboard.
A special aluminum section of track at the base of the system allows the cars to be loaded and unloaded easily. This system not only simplifies mainsail handling, but also allows the lower cars to be removed when the sail is reefed, thereby keeping the tack of the sail close to the boom.
