| The Shipping of
Hazardous Materials is regulated by the United States Department
of Transportation (DOT) as well as by the individual policies of
specific carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
Generally, any product we label with
the HAZMAT icon will ship only by ground freight, and could be
subject to additional shipping charges. |

Due to ambiguities in
the regulations, it is almost impossible to design a system that
correctly calculates HAZMAT fees. When you order hazardous
material from pyacht.com, our system will not calculate your freight
charges accurately. We will contact you prior to charging your
credit card to advise you of your final freight cost, inclusive of
HAZMAT charges. |
