APPLICATION AND USE
Preparation PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES:
In Good Condition: Wash down with Yacht Line Super Cleaner, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Abrade with 280-320 grade (grit) paper.
In Poor Condition: Remove all previous coatings and prime the substrate.
PRIMING: All preparation for bare substrates is covered on the appropriate primer datasheet.
BARE WOOD: Prime with Yacht Primer or UCP.
STEEL: Prime with Yacht Primer or Interprotect.
ALUMINIUM: Prime with Etch Primer followed by either Yacht Primer or Interprotect.
GRP: Wash down with Yacht Line Super Cleaner, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Abrade with 180-220 grade paper. No priming necessary. - If any filling is required use the appropriate product from the Interfill range.


Method Sand the primer with 180-220 grade wet or dry paper. Remove dust with a dust wipe. Apply 1-2 coats.


Hints Mixing Stir well before use.

Ventilation and Humidity Control Apply in dry, well ventilated conditions.
Other For best results either stipple by brush or use a mohair roller.


Some Important Points Product temperature should be minimum 10C and maximum 30C. Ambient temperature should be minimum 5C/40F and maximum 35C/95F. Substrate temperature should be minimum 5C/40F and maximum 35C/95F.


Compatibility/Substrates Suitable for all substrates and filled surfaces. Not suitable for permanently immersed surfaces. Do not clean with highly alkaline cleaners.

TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Storage GENERAL INFORMATION:
Exposure to air and extremes of temperature should be avoided. For the full shelf life of Interdeck to be realised ensure that between use the container is firmly closed and the temperature is between 5C/40F and 35C/95F. Keep out of direct sunlight.
TRANSPORTATION:
Interdeck should be kept in securely closed containers during transport and storage.

Safety DISPOSAL: Do not discard tins or pour paint into water courses, use the facilities provided. It is best to allow paints to harden before disposal.
Remainders of Interdeck cannot be disposed of through the municipal waste route or dumped without permit. Disposal of remainders must be arranged for in consultation with the authorities.
