E Series Electric Winches
The “E” Electric Winches
are controlled by a simple single direction Contactor, which can be a
stand alone Nylon encased unit, or a Contactor housed in a Waterproof
Box. The Motor Thermal trip is connected to monitor the Motor
temperature, which ensures a cut out, if the heat builds up to an
unacceptable level, while the Lewmar Safety Electric Deck Switch can be
easily wired.
Manual override facility is
still available for back up, or as a means of experiencing traditional
sailing. Two + One speed comes as the standard control. It gives 2 speed
Manual drive (through use of the winch handle) + 1 speed Electric Drive. Each
winch includes the Deck Unit, Motor, Gear Box, Controller, Deck Switch and
Circuit Breaker. |
