Flexible if stepped on, and commonly used as bilge ventilation, these vents are offered in both low profile and standard heights.  The deluxe models have a red interior.  The optional watertrap keeps water from coming below by way of a spring-loaded mechanism that shuts, allowing water to weep through the outside of the trap and the vent reopens allowing air to circulate.
