Mixing Stir
well before use.
Thinner Brush - Brushing Liquid 333. Spray - Special Thinner 216.
Thinning To ease application in warm or windy conditions, add up to
10% of Brushing Liquid 333. For spraying or to improve drying in cold
weather conditions add Special Thinner 216. Thin 10-25% with Special
Thinner 216 to a viscosity or 18-22 secs (B4 cup) or 16-20 secs (DIN4).
Cleaner Bare Fiberglass - Fiberglass Solvent Wash 202.
Ventilation and Humidity Control Apply in dry, well ventilated
conditions.
Airless Spray Pressure: 170 bar/2500 psi. Tip Size: 0.33-0.41
mm/13-16 thou.
Conventional Spray Pressure Pot: Pressure: 3.44-4.47 bar/50-65 psi
(gun pressure); 8-10 psi (pot pressure). Tip Size: 0.89-1.4 mm/35-50
thou. Siphon Cup: Pressure: 3.44-4.47 bar/50-65 psi - gun pressure. Tip
Size: 1.5-1.8 mm/60-70 thou.
Other For lighter colors, mix the first coat of finish 50:50 with
the undercoat to improve the depth of color and opacity. For best
results when applying by roller, smooth off with a pad or brush. |

during overnight cure. Toplac may discolor if used a temperatures above
80°C/176°F. Product temperature should be minimum 15°C/60°F and
maximum 30°C/86°F. Ambient temperature should be minimum 5°C/40°F
and maximum 35°C/95°F. Substrate temperature should be minimum 5°C/40°F
and maximum 35°C/95°F. |
