Palm Powered handhelds are an excellent, portable platform for displaying maps and charts. They have bright, colorful, daylight viewable touch screens and are powerful enough to display the detail of Maptech maps and charts. They also run Palm OS applications.

Outdoor Navigator is like a subscription to an online music service, but instead of downloading songs you gain access to over 60,000 USGS topo maps and NOAA charts - all on Maptech's outdoornavigator.com website. Download all the maps you want, when you need them. Since it covers the entire continental United States, it's a perfect solution for a mobile, outdoor lifestyle. When the subscription ends, any maps you've downloaded continue working. If you need more in the future, the second year subscription renewal is only $29.95.
