service to our International customers who would prefer to use a
credit card, we are now affiliated with Access
USA. This service allows you to apply for a US billing and
shipping address. Once you receive your Access
USA address, contact your credit card company and add it as a secondary billing address. Now, when you make
purchases from us, your shipping address will match your records on
file with the credit card company. All credit card companies
should allow you to add the secondary address. If you encounter any
difficulties, we suggest you speak to a manager at the card company.
You are responsible for any duty, VAT
or other non-shipping charges incurred in the destination country.
International duties and taxes are never included in the invoice for
your order. If you refuse delivery of an international order,
you will be responsible for any fees associated with your order
being returned to us, and could be responsible for the duties and/or
taxes even if the order is returned to us. We
are never responsible for the freight cost associated with returning
International orders, even in the event the item is unusable due to
a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. |
