The Racing furling systems will bring performance as well as ease of use thanks to some innovations like the opening luff rope prefeeder. With its black and airfoil extrusion, the Racing systems have been especially designed for the racing-cruising sailors.

New Opening Luff Rope Prefeeder...The first opening luff rope prefeeder of its kind is the the perfect illustration of the Wichard know-how. In the closed position it guides the sail perfectly. When re-hoisting the sail, just open the prefeeder and close it around the luff without having to remove the headsail. Delivered as a standard on Racing systems and an optional extra on Cruising models.

New Swiveling Attachment Device...By replacing head and tack shackles, this new device enables to attach the sail quickly and to furl it perfectly without any distortion. Thanks to the captive pin, the headsail can be easily and quickly installed. Delivered as a standard on Racing systems and an optional extra on Cruising models.
