Hydraulic Control Panel Systems

Sailtec panels control up to four functions per panel. Backstay cylinders, vangs, outhauls and forestay cylinders can be pumped to 5,000 p.s.i (350 bar) and released from the panel location. Offered in two basic designs: the T5 double-acting and the T6 single-acting panels.

All panels come complete with handle, hardware, reservoir and reservoir hose.

Panel Construction:
Aircraft quality aluminum. Panel housing contains a filtered reservoir inlet and an adjustable relief valve to prevent over tensioning.

Gauges:
All panels are produced with nearly flush mount gauges that are easy to read and have psi/kg scales.

Valves:
Release valve is a ball valve that provides zero leakage. Rated 6000 psi with minimal bleed between functions. The selector valves are ball valves constructed of T316 stainless steel.

Design:
Permits removal and replacement for service without having to pull the panel out.
