| Specialist marine
electronics company Tacktick launched the world’s first totally
self-contained electronic compass for dinghy sailors in 1996
representing a breakthrough in electronics for small boats. Shortly
afterwards they developed the Master Range of stand-alone, solar
powered instruments offering waterproof, lightweight, speed, depth
and compass instrumentation specifically for sports and keel boats.
Today, following the launch of
Micronet, Tacktick has been the first company to produce a full
range of wireless networking marine electronics for all sizes of
sail and power boats. |
